Whale Watching in Hervey Bay
Well whale season officially started here in Hervey Bay yesterday and the whales are already out there waiting. Now that might sound a little strange but once you’ve been on a whale watching tour you begin to realise that while we might be watching the whales the whales are watching us too.
Not only do they put on quite a performance for us but they also come up close to the boats to look at what we’re doing so don’t be surprised if you go out on a whale watching tour and come back thinking that the whales have been waiting out there to do a little human watching themselves
Here at Aquavue Hervey Bay we also handle tour bookings for the whale watching cruises and we can book you onto any of the vessels that conduct whale watching cruises. This year the cruises we’re recommending are run by DescaradA Charters, Shayla, Whalesong, Quick Cat II and Tasman Venture.

This is the DescaradA and I can tell you that it is a beautiful vessel to cruise on. The whale watching tour that the DescaradA will take you on is a little different to all the others. While the other whale boats fit two trips into every day the DescaradA sails at 8.30am and returns at 3.30pm so you get to spend a lot more time out in the Bay enjoying the company of the whales.

As you can see, the DescaradA gets you up close to all the action and you’re guaranteed to have a great time.

The whale watching cruise on the DescaradA includes morning tea, lunch and non-alcoholic drinks and of course the whales.
If you’ve never been up close and personal to the whales before I can tell you that it’s an experience you will never forget.
You can book your whale watching cruise on the DescaradA … or any of the other whale boats here in Hervey Bay through Aquavue’s tour booking service.
